The welcoming staff made our stay pleasant, and the clean pool was a nice retreat. The room, however, had a musty odor and the beds were older and uncomfortable.

We loved how close we were to the beach! With 20 family members, walking there was a breeze, and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere in the area. The kids played happily, and we had plenty of space to make memories together.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

The Beach Carousel provided a comfortable stay for my family during our week at Virginia Beach. The location was a big win. just a short walk to the beach and near all the attractions on Atlantic Ave. The suite offered ample space, with a fridge, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made meal prep easy. The pool was sparkling clean and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that the management took feedback about pillows seriously. most were soft, which is a plus! Staff members were friendly and always willing to help, whether it was getting extra towels or fixing minor issues like the TV. Some negatives, we encountered a few maintenance issues. There were some loose curtain hooks and a sticking bathroom door that needed attention. The air conditioning didn't cool appropriately, even when set low, making it uncomfortably warm at times. Another concern was the noisy atmosphere outside at times, particularly late at night, which disrupted our sleep. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable. A little more attention to upkeep could elevate the stay further.

The place had a really nice pool that my kids loved it! It was also super close to the boardwalk, which made evening walks easy.
